The Project

The client sought an Investment Portfolio Manager to oversee the program’s technical assistance (TA) portfolio, ensuring alignment with the program’s investment strategy. This includes

Supporting the development and refinement of GCICEP’s investment TA strategy
Managing the delivery of investment projects within the portfolio
Identifying and advancing a pipeline of Capital Departmental Expenditure Limit (CDEL) opportunities across the program.
